Legal Research

We’ll conduct legal research to find information that may be helpful for your case; including: laws, forms, and resources.

Judge Analysis

We’ll analyze how the judge presiding over the case operates so you know how to conduct yourself in court. We watch recordings of their cases, or attend them live, to understand their likes, dislikes, and behaviors.

Attorney Analysis

We’ll analyze how the opposing council operates so you’re prepared to counter their tactics. We watch recordings of their cases, or attend them live, to understand their likes, dislikes, behaviors.

Court Testimony

We’ll testify about the investigation we conducted for you in court. This includes reviewing all the facts of your case, being on standby for the day(s) you need us to testify, and conferring with your attorney to make sure we present well.

Preparation

Preparation includes the time spent discussing your situation, interviewing you to gather additional information, and planning how the investigation will be conducted. If your investigation requires surveillance, we'll conduct a free digital and physical survey to map out the area, identify obstacles, and determine the best way to overcome them.

Reschedule

If you need to reschedule service for any reason, you can do so at any time. 1 reschedule per investigation. Additional reschedules are $150 each.

Expenses

Expenses (the fees, goods, and third-party services needed to conduct the investigation) are free of charge as long as they cost $25 or less per transaction. If an expense exceeds $25 per transaction, everything over this amount will be charged to you at cost (plus a 5% payment processor fee); however, you’ll always be notified before the expense is incurred and your permission will be required before we proceed.

Report

A report will be delivered to you via email within 24 hours of completing the service. It will contain a detailed timeline of the events that occurred, along with date & time stamped photos from any surveillances we conducted. The report will also be triple-checked for accuracy before we send it to you to make sure it will hold up in court. If you need the report delivered in less than 24 hours, a $150 fee will be charged.

Travel

Travel is the distance to, and back from, the locations where we conduct service. Travel is free as long as it's within the following areas of Washington State: King County, Pierce County, Snohomish County, Thurston County, Island County, Mason County, Skagit County, & Kitsap County. Travel within these areas for Process Service or Spot Check Surveillance is $1.25/minute. Travel outside of these areas for all services is $2.50/minute.

Your relationship with us is completely confidential and will never be disclosed to anyone. All information you provide and the evidence we gather is securely stored and can’t be accessed by anyone but us.

In-House

Many private investigation agencies subcontract cases out to other investigators who will do the job for cheap, allowing them to make a profit without having to do any of the work. All our investigations are conducted in-house; we’ll never outsource your investigation to another private investigator.
