Document Review

You’ll email us all the documents you want us to serve, and we’ll review them for missing and incorrect information. If we find anything that’s missing or incorrect, we’ll alert you and you can make the appropriate changes before we start the service.

Surprise Delivery

We’ll serve the documents in a way that surprises the person and doesn’t allow them to avoid service. This usually involves conducting surveillance and waiting until they exit their home or work, leaving them with nowhere to run or hide.

Proof of Service

We’ll email you Proof of Service, which is a signed statement that verifies we properly served the documents, once the person has been served. We’ll also send you a date & time stamped picture of them being served so they can’t claim otherwise. If you’d like, we can also file Proof of Service of service with the court so you don’t have to.

Preparation

Preparation includes the time spent discussing your situation, interviewing you to gather additional information, and planning how the investigation will be conducted. If your investigation requires surveillance, we'll conduct a free digital and physical survey to map out the area, identify obstacles, and determine the best way to overcome them.

Reschedule

If you need to reschedule service for any reason, you can do so at any time. 1 reschedule per investigation. Additional reschedules are $150 each.

Expenses

Expenses (the fees, goods, and third-party services needed to conduct the investigation) are free of charge as long as they cost $25 or less per transaction. If an expense exceeds $25 per transaction, everything over this amount will be charged to you at cost (plus a 5% payment processor fee); however, you’ll always be notified before the expense is incurred and your permission will be required before we proceed.

Report

A report will be delivered to you via email within 24 hours of completing the service. It will contain a detailed timeline of the events that occurred, along with date & time stamped photos from any surveillances we conducted. The report will also be triple-checked for accuracy before we send it to you to make sure it will hold up in court. If you need the report delivered in less than 24 hours, a $150 fee will be charged.

Travel

Travel is the distance to, and back from, the locations where we conduct service. Travel is free as long as it's within the following areas of Washington State: King County, Pierce County, Snohomish County, Thurston County, Island County, Mason County, Skagit County, & Kitsap County. Travel within these areas for Process Service or Spot Check Surveillance is $1.25/minute. Travel outside of these areas for all services is $2.50/minute.

Your relationship with us is completely confidential and will never be disclosed to anyone. All information you provide and the evidence we gather is securely stored and can’t be accessed by anyone but us.

In-House

Many private investigation agencies subcontract cases out to other investigators who will do the job for cheap, allowing them to make a profit without having to do any of the work. All our investigations are conducted in-house; we’ll never outsource your investigation to another private investigator.

Our investigations are designed to prevent detection and avoid suspicion. We meticulously prepare for each case, create contingency plans to deal with unexpected problems, and use stealthy evidence gathering techniques that are almost impossible to trace.
