1-Year Membership
1 Year Membership Allows Access To Our Services For One Year.
All Hours & Credits Expire After One Year.
Travel Time
Travel Time Within A 1-Hour Round-Trip Of Our Office Is Included At No Additional Charge For Proximity Dispatch, Dedicated Dispatch, & Emergency Dispatch.
Travel Time Outside A 1-Hour Round-Trip Of Our Office Is $2.50/Minute.
Same-Day Report Surcharge
+$500 Same-Day Report Surcharge.
Same-Day Report is when a client requests that a report be delivered the same-day the service time and/or travel time is completed. It adds a 30 minute buffer to service time, per 60 minutes of service time scheduled, and it’s added to the end of the service time and begins immediately after the service time ends. If the service time scheduled requires travel time, it’s added at the end of the travel time, after all travel time is completed for the booking, and begins immediately after the travel time ends. All calculations used to determine the delivery date & time are based on this.
Holiday Surcharge
+$5,000 Holiday Surcharge.
Holiday Surcharge is any service time and/or travel time that’s scheduled for New Year’s Day, Independence Day (Day Of & Day After), Thanksgiving Day (Day Of & Day After), Christmas Eve, Christmas Day (Day Of & Day After), or New Year’s Eve.
Stackable Surcharges
All surcharges are stackable.
All surcharges apply to the entire booking. All surcharges apply to both service time and travel time.

Which consultation should I choose?
Choose Basic if you do not know whether you need our services and want 30 minutes of phone guidance. Choose Advanced if you want an interview, quick scan, and action plan before deciding how to proceed.
What is included with Lite, Plus, and Heavy?
Each package includes the listed hours, expense credit, preparation, qualifying travel time, next-day report, and 1-year membership.
When do package hours and credits expire?
All included hours and expense credits expire after one year.
When is travel time included?
Travel time within a 1-hour round trip of our office is included at no additional charge for proximity dispatch, dedicated dispatch, and emergency dispatch.
What happens when travel is outside the included area?
Travel time outside a 1-hour round trip of our office is billed at $2.50 per minute.
How does the same-day report surcharge work?
A same-day report adds $500. It applies when a client requests report delivery on the same day the service time and/or travel time is completed. A 30-minute report buffer is added for every 60 minutes of scheduled service time.
